Why is RTT Different than other therapies?
RTT is directed to get to the root cause of the issue at hand. It uses hypnosis to understand the subconscious belief that you formed earlier in your life, but that is no longer useful to you.
RTT follows a hybrid method and is more comprehensive than standard hypnotherapy. It combines the best of methods like Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside hypnotherapy.
RTT is positively received because it meets many people's specific needs. It addresses the problem and delivers favorable results over the course of days to weeks versus months or years.

Will I be in control of my body and mind during the session?
There is a misconception about hypnotherapy that stems from distorted portrayals in television and movies. During your session, you will be fully aware at all times. You cannot be made to do things you do not want to do or talk about. You will be relaxed, calm, and in tune with yourself.
Your comfort, confidence, and safety is the top priority. All discussions are had in complete confidence.
Scheduling and Payment

Can I schedule a virtual session?
TranceForm You is located in central Ohio and offers both in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted on Zoom. When scheduling, you will have the option select virtual or in-person sessions.

Do I need to schedule a consultation first?
Yes, the consultation is an important step in making sure that both the client and therapist are on the same page and that RTT is a good fit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards.
We do not accept health insurance.
Session Information

What should I expect from a session?
After you complete your 20-minute consultation you can schedule an RTT session. Your RTT session will be approximately an hour and a half. We will discuss the symptoms of your issues and your goals. You will be gently hypnotized to move you into a state of relaxation. Your therapist may then guide you through visualizing past experiences. Many express that they enter a state of zen that is similar to right before falling asleep.

How many sessions will I need?
It is suggested that clients 1-3 sessions but many clients are able to see results from just a single session.

What happens after the session?
Once you complete a session, you will receive an audio recording to that you will listen to for 21 days. I will keep in contact with you during this time. I will check in with you the next day, two weeks after, and at the end of the 21 days. We will then assess what next steps, if any, should be taken.

Should I stop taking my medicine?
You should consult your doctor before discontinuing any medication.
